Hi, I’m Sarah – a busy mum of three, a wife, and a passionate advocate for all things health and fitness.

As a registered Myotherapist and Certified Health Coach, I understand that no two people are the same – and that what works for one person might not work for another. That’s why I take a personalised, realistic approach to help you move better, feel better, and perform at your best.


What I Do:

Whether you're dealing with pain or injury, looking to boost your energy, improve your gut health, lose weight, build better habits, or simply want to feel more in control of your health – I’m here to guide you with a plan that suits you.


As a Health Coach:

I work with active individuals who want to:


  • Improve overall wellbeing through nutrition and lifestyle
     
  • Decrease inflammation and pain
     
  • Enhance energy levels, fitness, and mental resilience
     
  • Create sustainable habits that support long-term health
     

As a Myotherapist:

I provide hands-on treatment to:


  • Relieve muscle tightness, aches, and injuries
     
  • Support sports recovery and performance
     
  • Help you return to pain-free daily movement and activity (can also provide prehab & rehab programs)


 

I offer both in-clinic sessions and online coaching – so no matter where you are, support is within reach.
