Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment 

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online via the booking system, via text or by calling. 

Please note that our cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours for all clients (2 weeks for online programs). We require a 100% payment for all bookings upfront. If you fail to give 48 hours notice you will be invoiced the full consultation fee. You can however reschedule this appointment by logging in online. 

Running late for an appointment? To ensure punctual services for all clients, appointments that start late due to clients tardiness will unfortunately finish at their scheduled time, resulting in a shorter appointment for you. Please try to arrive 5 minutes early to avoid this from occurring. 

Please also note that we are still in the process of getting provider numbers after a brief intermission due to motherhood, so claiming is unavailable at this point in time but will be in the future. Thank you for understanding.
