No. While many clients feel stronger, healthier, and more energised (which can include weight changes), my focus is on helping you feel good in your body, reduce pain, build healthy habits, and thrive long-term—not chasing the scales.
Depending on your package, you’ll have access to check-ins via email or message, app-based support (like Thrive Active workouts or resources), and tailored tools to keep you progressing between sessions.
