At Thrive Active, my Health Coaching programs are not about quick fixes or calorie counting. It's about helping you build strong habits, understand your body, and feel confident in your choices - without the overwhelm.

  • 1:1 Personalised Coaching Sessions: Goal setting, accountability, and tailored guidance for your lifestyle
  • Fitness Support: Movement plans that suit your body, pain levels, and time constraints - especially helpful for busy mums and those healing from pain or injury. 
  • Nutrition Coaching: group or 1:1 coaching with family friendly strategies that actually work - no meal replacements or calorie obsession, just real food & real results. 
  • Sports Nutrition: Improve your performance & recovery and understand how to fuel your body to decrease the risk of injury. 
  • Mindset & Habit Coaching: Break the cycle of all or nothing thinking. Improve your confidence, habits so you can create small, powerful shifts that lead to long-term change.

HOW TO BOOK: Make an appointment for an Initial Health Coaching Appointment (this can be in person & online). If you would like to continue with the coaching package (see below) this amount will be taken off the entire package amount.

Health coaching focuses on the whole picture—your habits, mindset, lifestyle, and personal goals. While I do provide fitness and nutrition support, I also help you build sustainable routines that fit your real life. It’s not just a plan—it’s coaching with accountability, guidance, and care.


Not at all. I meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re starting from scratch, feeling stuck, or coming back from injury, we’ll move at a pace that’s right for you.


Not always. While many clients feel stronger, healthier, and more energised (which can include weight changes), my focus is on helping you feel good in your body, reduce pain, build healthy habits, and thrive long-term—not chasing the scales.


Depending on your package, you’ll have access to check-ins via email or message, app-based support (like Thrive Active workouts or resources), and tailored tools to keep you progressing between sessions.



If you’re ready for change, tired of short-term fixes, and want real support from someone who gets it—I’d love to work with you. Perhaps you are recovering from an injury and would like some support with your nutrition while I support you with rehab and returning to fitness. If you have an underlying health condition, you will need a referral and medical clearance from your health practitioner before commencing any fitness or nutrition program. (These include Diabetes, any heart condition, autoimmune disease etc).
